For those of you who have not compiled a kit nor filled out a form yet, there is still time to turn yours in.   The form is crucial because it asks for an out-of-state emergency contact number for your child.  In an emergency, all local lines may be tied up.   Your kit will be returned to you at the end of the year, so it’s a one-time investment, and you’re ready for next year.  If the cost of ordering one is prohibitive right now, you can fill out a form and request that a kit be made for your child.   And lastly, some of you have had trouble writing your Note of Encouragement to your child.
