Our annual Southwest Charter School auction is coming up on Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Melody Ballroom.
We hope that every SWCS family will procure at least one item for our auction.
Below you will find a link to some tools to help you — a procurement letter to give to potential donors, an auction donation form, an auction donation receipt, and a guide to help you brainstorm on where to find donations.
These forms are also available on our blog by clicking on the auction flyer picture along the right hand side of the page.
