We have a new, easy way to keep track of volunteer hours!

Whenever you visit or volunteer at school, you will now be signing in on the laptops located at the front desk, and soon to arrive in the office.

It’s super easy and self-explanatory. If needed, Kathy and Marlene are able to answer questions about how to sign-in.

One thing you do need to know: if your name isn’t already in the register you will need to enter your name with a “1” before it.

Whether it’s helping in class, chaperoning a field trip, preparing class materials for teachers, or sharing a special skill, keeping track of the many volunteers hours SWCS parents give is important. Among other things, this information is used when applying for grants.

As always, don’t forget to grab a visitor badge after you sign in.    Thank you for volunteering!
