Contribute to Hattie’s Charitable Drive for Runaway & Homeless Youth

janusIt’s the time of year, once again, that 6th grader, Hattie Kirby, organizes her charitable drive for Janus Youth Services. Hattie will be collecting new and gently used goods and money for runaway and homeless youth.  If you’d like to donate to her drive there’s a collection box at school in the hallway between Matt and Paul’s classrooms (please put cash donations in an envelope labeled ‘Hattie Kirby/Janus’ & place it in the lock box at Kathy’s desk).

Thank you for helping Hattie help other kids her age.

Here's Hattie getting ready to deliver all then items she collected for runaway youth during last year's drive.

I am so proud of my granddaughter for doing this each year. She is a very compassionate person, sees a need and makes up her mind to do something about it. Thank you to the SW Charter School community for helping her on this project.

Are gently used items acceptable or do they only accept new donations?
