A full-service floral operation with roots in SE Portland, Fieldwork constructs super pretty bouquets both small and large for all occasions. The boutique also carries a highly rated display of lifestyle goods. Owner Meg works diligently with local flower farmers to distribute Portland’s healthiest, seasonal flowers and is excited to bring this level of beauty to South Waterfront. Thursday, February 27: Greenleaf Juicing Company
With two locations in the NW and one downtown on Pioneer Square, Greenleaf Juicing Company is set to open its fourth and largest storefront in the South Waterfront. Greenleaf uses only fresh, organic fruits and vegetables delivered daily from partner farms in Oregon, Washington, and California. On the menu are fresh, made to order juices, smoothies, steamed soups, shots, pre-made hydraulic pressed bottles to go, and a few other health-focused items—all with an emphasis on vegetables and leafy greens. Late March: Cha Cha Cha Taqueria
Cha Cha Cha will be offering their traditional dishes such as tacos, tamales, empanadas, quesadillas, and healthy bowls made with local organic corn tortillas, meats from only local purveyors who commit to strict standards (hormone and antibiotic free meats, MBA and MSC certified seafood), and local produce. They offer an array of local microbrews, including their own Blonde Ale, and a Margarita Bar using their private label tequila.
