Mark the date, hire the sitter and invite the grandparents to Southwest Charter School’s largest fundraiser! All are welcome as we celebrate our school and enjoy an evening of music, games and elegant food.
Tickets are $45 per person and go on sale Monday, March 17th. This year we’ll have assigned dinner seating and an option to sit near friends or other parents. This option is first-come, first-served, so don’t delay!
You’ll also be able to browse a selection of our incredible auction items online and enter the Golden Ticket Drawing for $50. If we draw your name on auction night, you win your choice of any live item.

Wall of Wine Donation Collection Begins This Week, Donation Drawing Deadline April 3rd!
We ask each SWCS family to contribute one bottle of wine (valued at $15 and up) toward the Wall of Wine. On event night we’ll sell off these mystery bottles and purchasers just might take home a bottle worth $50 or $60! Your bottle (labeled with your name and the value) can be turned into the SWCS office. Each time you submit a bottle your name will go into a drawing for a two-hour $99 auto detail at LARA Detailing right by the school. Imagine your car after 2 hours at an auto spa!
Sign-Up Party Deadline this Friday, March 14th
Host a sign-up party, submit your form by March 14th and win a free 30 minute music lesson from SWCS family owned Sound Roots School of Music! Do you love to throw parties or do have an idea for a class that you have always wanted to teach? Now is your chance and it will help benefit Southwest Charter school! Our sign up events raised almost $3,000 at our 2013 auction. Fill out a form, turn it in to the auction box at the front desk or to Harmony Spangler by Friday, March 14.

We Are Still Collecting Auction Item Donations!
Every SWCS family is asked to procure one donated item for the auction. Whether it’s a $10 gift certificate from your favorite take-out restaurant, a week at your parent’s timeshare, or hosting a sign up party, every donation benefits our kids and our auction is only as successful as the donations we receive. All donations should be placed in the donation bin (with a completed donation form attached) next to Kathy’s desk.
