Pennies for Patients

Donations are due this Monday, April 21st!

Thank you to everyone who turned in their donations last week! If you’re curious you can see the breakdown by class and the total amount raised at http://or.llsevent.org/ng/index.cfm/b2292dc/reg-pages/group-listing/ba1d707e.  One student in Paul’s class brought in over $200!

Thank you to everyone who participated in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society‘s Pennies for Patients program. Monies raised will help people who are sick with blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma.

We can donate more than pennies too. Checks can be made out to “The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society” and we can accept online donations as well.

We also encourage you to get out the word to your friends and family through email and social media. Click here for a sample letter you can send or share with those who might like to contribute to our drive.

All money we collect will go directly to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  If we can raise more than $500 as a school, the classroom that raises the most money will win a party!
