Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week (5/12 – 5/16) is almost here!  That means that we need your help to show our out-of-this-world SW Charter teachers and staff some love!

Here’s what we have in store for teachers and staff:

Mon 5/12:  Coffee and Treat Trolley

Tue 5/13:  Make Flower Bouquets and Love Notes

Wed 5/14:  Parent Work Party

Thu 5/15:  Lunch from Elephants

Fri 5/16: Chocolate Delivery

Absolutely zero time to help out?  Here are three ways for you to contribute without going further than the school lobby:

1.  Make a donation to the Elephants Deli Lunch.  Donations can be placed in the silver bin on the outside of Kathy’s desk. Donations accepted now through 5/14.

2.  Bring in flowers at drop off on 5/13 – cut from your garden, or pick up from the store, no need to go to the flower shop, volunteers will make assemble a bouquet for each teacher and staff member.  Accepted at drop off on 5/13 only.

3.  Pick up some delicious chocolate for Chocolate Love day when you go to the store anyway  – Chocolate can be dropped off at the box on Kathy’s desk from now through 5/13

4.  Remind your child to sign the Thank You posters on each classroom door, and you sign it as well!
