Girl Scouts of SW Charter’s Donation Drive to Benefit Northwest Children’s Outreach

nw_childrens_outreachThe 2nd and 3rd grade Girl Scouts at Southwest Charter School will be hosting a donation drive to benefit Northwest Children’s Outreach, an organization that collects and supplies items in need for children in foster care.

The girls hope to collect new and gently used jackets, gloves, scarves, shoes, hats and clothing in sizes infant to teen as well as personal hygiene items such as shampoo, soap, baby diapers and toothpaste.

Here is a complete list of the items they are always looking for.

They will be collecting items for donation from Friday, September 26th through Thursday, October 9th.

Donations can be dropped off at school in the box near Kathy’s desk labeled “Girl Scout Clothing Drive.”

Thank you so much for helping out kids in need!
