Teacher Mike’s 1/2 class has created four Jackson Pollock- inspired paintings that will be a part of the South Waterfront Art Exhibit this summer August 7th – 22nd at 0841 SW Gaines St. (The Atwater building in the South Waterfront.)
The paintings will also be for sale and 70% of profits will go back to our school.
Exhibiting artists and their guests are invited to an Opening Reception on Friday, August 7, 2015, 5:30 – 9 pm.
If you can not make it to opening night please stop by any of the exhibit running days. I am really excited for the kids to see their art work and names displayed in a real art show! What an incredible opportunity at such a young age. It would be great to get a group of kids to attend together.
