Is your family new to SW Charter School this year?

If so, we hope you’ll attend New Parent Orientation on Tuesday, September 22 at 5:45 pm.

Topics covered include:

• Pick-up/Drop-off Information
• Field Work – how it works and why it matters
• Volunteering at SW Charter
• Community involvement
• Positive discipline
• And more!

If you are a returning family, we hope you’ll attend Parent Night 45 minutes later on Tuesday, September 22 at 6:30 pm
We will start the evening together in the Great Room. During this time you will:

• Meet new staff
• What’s new at SWCS this year
• Arts update
• And more!

After our large-group time, parents will move to their students’ classroom for a 30-minute session with the teacher. We will then switch rooms to offer a second 30-minute session for parents who have students in more than one classroom. These events are intended for parents only.

Also be on the look out for Friends of SW Charter Board Members and Room Parents. We’ll be wearing badges!
