Thanks to to all of the awesome parent and family volunteers that came to help with the SWCS Arts Park Run. Due to everyone’s efforts, the Arts Run event went off without a hitch.   Dedicated volunteers are the key to happy and successful events.  Thank you so much for supporting the arts at SW Charter School.

THE NEXT STEPS

The due date for pledge forms is Tuesday, November 1st, 2016.

Pledge Forms went home with students on Monday October 17th. If you turned in money already it will be stapled to your pledge form so that you can turn it all in at once  – (makes bookkeeping easier).

The number of laps that your child ran is listed in the upper right hand corner of the pledge sheet.  Turn in all your money along with your pledge forms by Tuesday, November 1st.

You are welcome to add pledges or donations to your pledge form.  If anyone needs our tax id number for their records it is listed below:

THE COMPETITION IS TIGHT!

The race for the most funds raised by the middle school classrooms is very close.  So hop to it and bring those pledges in.

Don’t forget – there are fun adventure prizes for the top student earners/funds raised in each class.
