Join us for a very special morning coffee immediately after drop-off in the Great Room on Tuesday, February 28!
In addition to the usual coffee, tea, and treats, we’ll be previewing the classroom art projects our students have created for this year’s annual fundraiser on Sunday, March 19th. Stop by and get a sneak peek at what will be up for bid!
Here are some of the projects available for bidding on fundraiser night:
Kindergarten ~ Home Sweet Home — Each student was asked to draw a “home” on scratch foam which was then printed on paper. The prints were placed on a map of Portland painted by our own art teacher Nate Orton and then beautifully framed by parent Josh Stedman.

3rd Grade ~ Portland Vista & St. John’s Bridge — Susan’s students decoupaged paper pieces onto a canvas to create a famous Portland vista featuring Mt. Hood and the St. John’s bridge.
4th/5th ~Backyard Fire Pit — Each child in Morgen’s class designed a ceramic tile that forms the border of an outdoor fire pit. On their tiles, students included images from their study of biomes as well as geometric designs.
6th Grade ~ Cottonwood Bay Close Up & Personal — This photography project asked students to take a fresh look at a place many have visited regularly for years. Using iPod Touches, the class took 395 pictures which they narrowed down to just 15 included in a framed black & white photo collage.
